A wee introduction to making beautiful mosaics with glass pieces. Participants are encouraged to bring a landscape photo to class for inspiration. Participants will learn tips and tricks for cutting and shaping glass, how to glue, grout and finish their mosaics. Mosaics will be made using the "direct" method in a wooden shadow box. All materials will be provided. Tools will be available for in class use.

Students will learn how to create their own copper cuff bracelet. They can stamp dating or texture a copper strip then form it to fit and clean and polish it ready to wear.  

We will weave strips of colorful paper to create 3-D stars. The stars can be dipped in wax and sprinkled with glitter to make them stronger and shiny. A $5 materials fee is due the first night of class to the instructor.
